Neuromuscular therapy is a system of massage techniques that were developed in the 1930's by Dr. Stanley Lief in England. It uses a holistic approach towards healing, emphasizing and stimulating the body's natural ability to heal itself. Neuromuscular therapy also enhances the function of joints and muscles, and accelerates the overall healing process by facilitating the release of endorphins.
Felix uses a combination of many advanced massage therapy techniques including Neuromuscular Therapy and Neurokinetic Therapy. Every session have different duration of time so, we will focus on the SPOT ( Upper or lower extremities of the body)

In her sessions, Christine begins with an assessment and muscle testing using Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) to identify compensation patterns that contribute to pain or tightness. Once imbalances are identified, she incorporates manual therapy techniques along with neuromuscular corrections through Pilates or GYROTONIC®. This comprehensive approach helps clients build a solid foundation, leading to more efficient, pain-free movement.
