How should I dress for my session?

All sessions are performed with clothing on. Ideally, shorts and a t-shirt or tank top are the best options for both men and women. Women are encouraged to wear comfortable sports bra.

What should I expect in my first appointment?

First, you will need to fill out our intake form to provide us with your medical history.

Please let us know if you are currently under any medical treatment or taking any pain medication. Second, Felix will perform an assessment to evaluate your posture and range of motion with focus on the area that you are trying to heal. Throughout the session, Felix will ask you to breathe and provide verbal feedback when you feel any pain or discomfort with the pressure applied during the treatment. We encourage direct verbal feedback throughout the session to help serve you at your highest.

May I use my debit/credit card to make a payment?

Yes, currently we accept payment in cash, check or debit/credit cards via our secure online appointment system. Please make checks out to “Medical Masaje”. Felix does not carry cash, so please bring the exact amount required for cash payments.

What about a cancellation policy?

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.  Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of half the cost of the scheduled session.  Clients who miss their appointments with no prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
