How should I dress for my session?

All sessions are clothes on. Ideally, shorts and a t-shirt are the best option for both and men and women. Women are encouraged to wear a comfortable sports bra. Please come dressed for the session.

What should I expect in my first introductory appointment?

First, you will to need fill out our intake form to  provide us your medical history. Please let us know if you are currently under any medical treatment or taking any pain medication. Second, our therapist will provide a full body assessment based on posture and range of motion (ROM) with focus on the area that you require attention. In conclusion, throughout the session, our practitioner will repeatedly ask you to breathe and provide verbal feedback when you feel any pain or feel uncomfortable with the pressure applied during the treatment. We encourage direct verbal feedback throughout the session.  

May I use my debit/credit card to make a payment?

No, currently we accept payment in cash or check only. Checks can be made payable to 'Medical Masaje'. The practioner does not carry cash so exact cash is required for cash payments. We are preparing to accept credit cards via our secure online appointment system. This should be active within a few short months! 

What about cancelation policy?

All clients can cancel their appointment 24 hrs before their appointment without a fee. Short cancelations are charged a fee of 50% of your service. Short cancelations are any time within the 24 hours before your appointment. Payment for the short cancelation will be applied to the total cost of your next service and paid in full at conclusion of the next session.
